Extrados covered with double hollow ceramic brick surface. Internal partitions: Brickwork of 9 cm. -thick double hollow ceramic bricks to be rendered, bound with m-40(1:6) cement mortar with plastificiser. Partition between dwellings: 6-in. double header brickwork bound with M-40 cement mortar, including 40 mm.-thick glass wool acoustic insulation stuck to one of the intrados of the double header brickwork. Roofs: Flat non walk-on roof with thermal and acoustic insulation, asphalt sheet waterproofing finished with white gravel. Sloping roof covered with old roof tiles and new ones on footplate, on surface duly insulated with polyurethane foam and asphalt sheet hip knob over the latter just at the ridges. Conduits: Thick sewage downpipes to reduce noise. |
